The Complete Process
It all starts here: in the department where ideas begin to take shape.
We do not receive finished designs from external architects or designers, as is the case at Saglietti Group. At Esposit, our interlocutor is different: they are the marketing offices, communication studios or purchasing departments of companies who come to us with a specific vision or need. And that is where we come in: we turn ideas into concrete solutions, designed with skill and precision.
Our designers and planners dialogue with the customer to understand the context of use and exhibition purposes. Then they study materials, joints, proportions and functionality to build a modular, lightweight prototype consistent with the brand identity.

From mind to machine: here technology meets know-how.
The prototypes created by the designers are translated by our programmers into machine language, optimised for CNC cutting with nesting technology. This process reduces waste, increases accuracy and enables flexible and sustainable production.
Our highly qualified staff monitors every stage of the cut, intervening promptly in the event of faults or anomalies. But we do not stop there: we apply double quality control, cross-referencing the feedback from the production department with that of the packaging department to ensure that everything is perfect, from the first to the last board.
Every product needs to be carefully finished to become unique.
At this stage, the wood surface is sanded by hand to be smooth and pleasant to the touch. It is a delicate moment, where quality is played out in the details. Here we prepare each piece for painting or printing, depending on the customisation required by the customer.
We use water-based coatings and direct printingtechnologies that respect the environment and guarantee a high aesthetic impact. Again, we follow the process step by step, for a result that fully reflects the customer's vision.
It is not over until it is protected.
Each Esposit product is carefully and responsibly packaged, to cope with long journeys and frequent handling. We do packaging with cardboard boxes, customisable and sustainable, designed to protect each component, interlock after interlock.
A light product, yes. But ready for anything.
