Behind every Esposit product is more than just a successful design: there is a close-knit team, made up of different skills and daily synergies. There are those who imagine, those who plan, those who cut, those who finish, those who package.
We are not many, but we are deeply connected. We know each other, we listen to each other, and above all we trust each other. This allows us to do everything internally, from first sketch to ready to ship product, without ever losing control over quality.

With his tireless enthusiasm, Daniel is the point of contact between the customer and our interlocking world. He takes care of sales, follows the design of customisations and actively participates in trade fairs and events in Italy and abroad. He listens to needs, translates ideas, builds relationships: he is the voice of Esposit, but also an ever attentive ear to what is happening in the market.
Davide is our technical designer, an expert in design. After listening to the customer's needs, he creates the executive files, technical drawings and photorealistic renderings that allow each display to be visualised before it is even produced. Thanks to his work, ideas become clear, visible, ready to become real.
Every product passes through careful and precise hands before leaving Esposit. Our team takes care of the sustainable packaging made of cardboard and wood, designed to optimally protect each display during transport. Not only that: it also performs a final quality control checking that each piece is perfect. This step represents the final touch of a route with attention to every detail.
Our production team is the perfect fusion of mind and dexterity. He handles both the programming of cuts and the start-up and monitoring of CNC machines, working with precision and practicality to transform project files into perfectly shaped panels, ready for the next steps. Without them, the joint would not even take shape. Our specialised operators follow each stage of the cut with patience, rigour and attention to detail. They know every creak of the wood and every sound of the cutters: their expert eye is the first filter of the quality control, guaranteeing flawless products every time.
