From Concept to Prototype: our Design Team
The process begins in our Research, Development and Design department. Unlike a traditional carpentry firm, our interlocutor is not an architect with a ready-made design, but a marketing department or a company with a specific need. This is where ideas take shape.
Our designers and project managers work closely with the client to understand their vision and display objectives. They analyze materials, joints, and proportions to create a prototype that isn’t just beautiful, but also lightweight, modular, and consistent with the brand identity. When Technology Meets Craftsmanship: Production and Customization
Once the prototype is approved, the design comes to life in our Production and CNC Programming department. Our programmers translate the project into machine language, optimizing it for nesting technology cutting. This system allows us to reduce waste, increase precision, and maintain flexible production.
Our specialized team monitors every phase, ensuring double cross-quality control between production and packaging. Attention to detail continues in the Customization department, where each piece is hand-sanded for a smooth, pleasant-to-touch finish. For painting and printing, we only use eco-friendly technologies, such as water-based paints, for results that respect both the environment and the client’s vision.
Lightweight, Functionality, and Environmental Respect
Finally, attention shifts to Packaging and Shipping. Each Esposit display is carefully packaged in sustainable packaging, designed to protect every component, joint by joint. Our solutions, while being lightweight and easy to transport, are incredibly robust and ready to face any journey.
