Behind every great product is a story. That of Origamo and its Mini Flora card is a story of beauty and engineering. These greeting cards, with their bouquets of blooming paper flowers, are an example of design that combines poetry and technology. The challenge for us at Esposit was to translate this magic into a functional display without losing its visual impact.
When exposure becomes narration
Origamo had a clear requirement: to show the special feature of the Mini Flora cards, namely their surprise content, even in small spaces such as retail shops. The display had to be compact, but at the same time it had to contain all eight subjects of the range and also show open bouquets, to reveal the magic of the product.
We designed a sloping floor display with a minimalist and neat design. On the crowner, we created space to place two open bouquets in pretty, colourful watering cans, inviting customers to discover the surprise. Strategically placed wooden rods hold the cards without covering them, ensuring maximum visibility and stability.
The result is a solution that is only 30 cm wide, solid, light and durable, perfect to be placed near the entrance or the cash desks. Its success at trade fairs such as Homi and Springfair proves that the mission has been accomplished: to enhance the product without sacrificing practicality.
