From concept to prototype: our design team
The process starts in our Research, Development and Design department. Unlike a traditional carpentry studio, our interlocutor is not an architect with a ready-made drawing, but a marketing department or a company with a specific need. This is where ideas take shape.
Our designers and planners work closely with the customer to understand the vision and display purposes. They analyse materials, joints and proportions to create a prototype that is not only beautiful, but also light, modular and consistent with the brand identity. Our mission is not to sell simple displays, but to offer tailor-made solutions that really work (link to reviews page).
When technology meets craftsmanship: production and customisation
Once the prototype is approved, the design comes to life in the CNC Production and Programming department. Our programmers translate the design into machine language, optimising it for cutting with nesting technology. This system allows us to reduce waste, increase precision and maintain flexible production.
Our specialised team monitors each stage, ensuring double cross quality control between production and packaging. Attention to detail continues in the Customisation department, where each piece is hand-sanded for a smooth, tactile finish. For painting and printing, we use only environmentally friendly technologies, such as water-based paints, for a result that respects both the environment and the customer's vision.
Lightness, functionality and respect for the environment
Finally, the focus shifts to Packaging and Shipping. Each Esposit display is carefully packaged in sustainable packaging, designed to protect each component, joint by joint. While our solutions are lightweight and easy to transport, they are incredibly robust and ready to take on any journey.
