The Complete Process
Everything starts here: from the department where ideas begin to take shape.
We do not receive finished drawings from external architects or designers, as happens in Saglietti Group. At Esposit, our interlocutor is different: they are the marketing offices, communication studios or purchasing departments of companies that turn to us with a specific vision or need. And it is precisely from there that we come into play: we transform ideas into concrete solutions, designed with competence and precision.
Our designers and planners dialogue with the customer to understand the context of use and display purposes. Then they study materials, joints, proportions and functionality to build a modular, lightweight prototype that is consistent with the brand identity.

From mind to machine: here technology meets know-how.
The prototypes created by the designers are translated by our programmers into machine language, optimized for CNC cutting with nesting technology. This process reduces waste, increases precision and allows flexible and sustainable production.
Our highly qualified personnel monitors every phase of cutting, intervening promptly in case of defects or anomalies. But we do not stop here: we apply a double quality control, cross-referencing feedback from the production department with that from packaging, to ensure that everything is perfect, from the first to the last board.
Every product needs to be carefully finished to become unique.
In this phase, the wood surface is hand-sanded to be smooth and pleasant to the touch. It is a delicate moment, where quality is played out in the details. Here we prepare each piece for painting or printing, according to the customization requested by the customer.
We use water-based paints and direct printing: technologies that respect the environment and guarantee a high aesthetic impact. In this case too, we follow the process step by step, for a result that fully reflects the customer’s vision.
It is not finished until it is protected.
Every Esposit product is packaged with care and responsibility, to face long journeys and frequent handling. We create packaging with cardboard boxes, customizable and sustainable, designed to protect every component, joint after joint.
