No, unfortunately it is not possible.

Yes, it is. If you choose the cash on delivery option, there will be a small increase at your expense.

10. Do you manage also the design of integrated exhibition environments?
You can consult the company section Studio Arredi of Saglietti Group’s website. This is our department dedicated to the design of integrated exhibition environments. Esposit’s products are meant to provide the necessary furniture for a stand, but we don’t manage the outer walls and the exhibition services.
11. Is it possible to receive the already assembled product?
We decided not to send already assembled products because the purchaser would be charged for the high cost of the packaging volume. However, we can guarantee an easy and intuitive assembly thanks to the interlocking design. You will receive a small packaging and a sheet of paper with all the instructions in order to assemble the product in the best way.
12. Is it difficult to assemble your products?
Absolutely not. It is an easy procedure and it doesn’t require any particular equipment.
13. How much time do I need to assemble a display? And how many people have to be trained in order to do it?
Our displays can be assembled in a very short time and by one person without any particular qualification.
14. How much time do I need to assemble an experiential corner? And how many people? Should they be trained to do it?
A corner can be assembled in two hours and by one person without any particular qualification.
15. Can you send me people to assemble it?
We can accomplish the assembly upon request and with an additional cost.
16. Do you offer a direct delivery service to our client?
Yes, our logistic is trained to manage the handling of the products to different destinations, but this request can be accomplished only during the order confirmation step and after the payment of the service.

After the Purchase
1. Where is my order? How can I trace it?

Please indicate the missing pieces on the instruction data sheet you can find in the packaging and send a copy of the image scan to the contact person who supported you during the reservation step. We will send you the packaging within 24 hours without any additional cost.
4. I changed my mind. Can I return the product?
For sure, the intact product can be returned. Please contact the referent who supported you during the design step in order to manage the delivery.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept customized products.
5. Are there explanatory videos of my product assembly? Where can I find them?
For all the standard products we can send assembly tutorial videos; while for the customized projects we can create tutorial videos upon request.
6. I would need the assembly but I didn’t request it during the order. To whom may I ask it for?
Please contact us through the form or the chat section on the website. We will make you an offer. However, we would like to remind you that all the components you bought are easy to be assembled by yourself.
7. I want to reorder a customized product. How can I do it?
Every designed product is codified and filed into our system and it is possible to reproduce it without any additional cost rather than the first time you bought it.
8. One of the component is damaged. Can you substitute it?
Yes, sure. The components can be substituted in any time. You can simply send us an image of the product which shows the missing component and the display code.
9. I lost the assembly instructions. How can I have them back?
You can request them by writing an email to the contact person who supported you during the design step. They will be sent to you in a PDF format, both concerning a catalogue and customized product.
